This is only a small part of what we do. Most of the repairs carried out are repaired on the first visit but if we are not able to do this, our partners will deliver most parts within 24hrs of ordering if they are not a stocked item. If a stock item is needed we normally get these the same day or we may have them within our stores. All off site Engineers use a mobile working solution PDA's to assist them in carrying out a fast efficient service to our customers in addition to this all our vehicles are tracked this gives us clear visibility on our Engineers which enables us to direct the nearest available operative to the emergency which will reduce the response time.

Please note there is a callout charge for weekend and evening callouts we try to carry out the full repair on this visit but it may be unavoidable that we may need to visit the following day if the repair can't be done due to a non-stocked item.
